Steven Olschwanger Eating Plan for Weight Loss

I find it funny to see people grunting in the gym whether they are lifting weights, cardio, or taking yoga classes. They work so hard to lose weight. There is only one problem, if eating is 80% to losing weight why do people put 80% of their time into working out and 20% at dieting.

First of all diets DO NOT WORK. Only an eating plan will work. You ask yourself what’s the difference, well it’s major. The difference in the two plans is dieting you will eventually fair at as there is no way humanly possible to continue on a diet plan. Most people fall off their diet because it is impossible no matter what kind of diet you put yourself on.

You need to be on an eating plan as it must be a lifestyle which you look forward to every day. One of the reasons people fall off their diets are they give up all the foods they love. That is torture and an eating plan which should be a lifestyle should not be torturous. You should have one day out of the week where you have a cheat night. I don’t mean stuffing your face or going overboard.

If you like fried chicken and gravel help yourself to a small portion on your cheat night. Have some mash potatoes and a roll. Wash it down with a soft drink you deserve it for doing so well. For a smack have your favorite dessert.

Now you are ready to jump back on the horse the next day. This way you mind won’t play tricks on you and the ugly urges don’t come up. Try this for one month and see the difference compared to a diet.

Steven Olschwanger Restaurant Tips for Dieters

Weight Loss is not easy to do for people who dine out. Try going to a Mexican Restaurant with those great chips that can be dipped into the Salsa. Those are fried and you know what happens when you eat fried food, they turn into fat fat fat.

How about the restaurants that bring you rolls and butter. Bet you can’t eat just one and eat it without the butter. If the pre dinner eats are on the table you can’t resist. The brain is stronger than the desire. Your diet fails because the restaurant dangled the carrot right in front of you.

Why do restaurants put our worst enemy right on the table for us to see especially when we are on a diet? The restaurant doesn’t care all they care about is food food food so you can tell your friends you got so full eating at the restaurant.

You need to learn how to eat when you go out. First drink lots of water before you go out to eat and the water will fill you up and you will eat less. That is number one over everything else
